Sixteen years lifting patients
I worked sixteen years in intensive care. Lifting, turning, repositioning patients who can't move on their own — it catches up with you. My hips had hurt for so long I couldn't remember what it was like before. I tried physio; the relief lasted about as long as the drive home. My daughter bought me the belt for my birthday. Three weeks later I realized I'd gone up the stairs without holding the rail. That hadn't happened in years.

ok I have to say this because I've been telling everyone about it for 2 weeks 😅 my sister-in-law told me to try it and I was laughing behind her back. well I stopped laughing. I put it on in the evening while I watch my shows and in the morning I get up without limping a lap around the bedroom. my husband wants me to order him one for his back 🙄
