At Verudia, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products, extended to 60 days on the Verudia 4-in-1 Hip Massager.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and a refund (60 days for the 4-in-1 Hip Massager). After that period we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, be in its original packaging with any tags and accessories, and be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to make a return
Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service at contact@verudia.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you the instructions and the return address to use. Any parcel returned without a prior request cannot be processed.
Return shipping
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except where we made an error or the product is defective. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on the way back.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@verudia.com, attaching photos. We will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not shipped. Once it has shipped, the return procedure applies.
Non-returnable items
Digital products (e-books and guides) cannot be returned once they have been delivered.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence. Those rights apply in addition to this policy.
